Byjama developed this web based auditing tool for Total Support Solutions, to replace their original solution which had gone ‘end of life’ with the original developers.
Auditus allows TSS management to quality assure their staff work against each individual client set of requirements, and ensure that their high standards are maintained across their nationwide portfolio.
The solution is device agnostic, ensuring that audits can be performed across a wide range of hardware in the field. All data is captured into a central management tool for reviewing performance and providing client feedback regarding service standards.
